We have the power at our own hand for feeding on the light we could experience in the present moment, and we just need to use our consciousness to perform that. The first step is recognising there is always something good we can extract from any situation, and by doing that we are actually incrementing the wonderful knowledge we already have about the self, and life in general. If we look at a given situation just through our naked eyes, we could see something but extract little or nothing useful to the self. The moment we realise we need our third eye to see the sight beyond sight, it is the moment we understand where the light is, and why we were just missing it.

The idea of self-enhancement has a lot to do with observing everything about our walking on the path towards a meaningful life. We recognise through observation and awareness. Next, we learn what it is, analysing and understanding all the negative and positive energies involved, which enable the self to create a proper [and useful] entry in our personal database of knowledge. With such knowledge at hand, we now possess the power to face situations where similar energies are in check, stepping into a positive feedback reinforcement our consciousness uses to establish a non-judgemental attitude, acting based on kindness and compassion towards the self, and others.

Buddha, the enlightened one, has disseminated wonderful teachings about the power of love, and how such kind and compassionate nature each one of us has inside can change, completely, how we act, react, and approach a given scene we are experiencing. The more we practise our mind training, the more we recognise how to perform our personal fine tuning to flourish our astonishing nature.

The moment we realise how to share our wonderful and good energy from the inside out, it is the moment we understand how we could find the same kind of energy on the outside.
