It may require a huge amount of energy to deal with the suffering of another, and there are moments we have to do it as a measure of self-defence. It does not mean every situation we are dealing with causes a direct clash of forces, where we have to apply the minimum effort to transform the negative energy, coming towards the self from the outside, into a positive outcome. It means we have to evaluate the situation and be aware about what could be done to face what is surrounding the self, which cannot be faced out of consciousness. The moment we realise how to get advantage from the higher intelligence we have at hand, it is the moment we understand we just fall down if we let our consciousness aside, preventing the walk towards the path of a meaningful life.

I know it is not easy to deal with different challenging situations we may have to face in our daily activities. Sometimes we deal with different kinds of scenes, which may potentially make the self stepping into a period of suffering, triggering the manifestation of negative emotions from the inside out. It is in those moments of suffering we need our consciousness the most. Dealing with multiple sources of negativity, including our own, is something that requires tapping into the unlimited power we have at hand, which is manifested through the achievement of a peaceful state of mind. The more peaceful the self becomes, the easier it is to deal with any source of negativity, no matter the amount of energy generated by that source. The contrary is also true: the more we embrace suffering, the less we are capable of dealing with anything we have contact with in the present moment.

By observing, analysing, and understanding our own suffering, like Buddha, the enlightened one, has done in ancient times, we prepare the self to deal with anything coming from the outside. The only thing we have to keep in, and hold on to the self, is our peace of mind.

The moment we realise we have the power at hand to deal with any attempt from negativity forcing its entrance into the self, it is the moment we understand our true connection is with our love nature, instead of a period of suffering we may step into in the present moment.
