It is our love nature, the light of the sun we generate from the inside out, that is able to reveal the good, and the beauty of every situation we experience. Sometimes it is hard to observe and understand that, as such beauty constitutes the knowledge we could extract alone from our own perspective and relativity, as Buddha, the enlightened one, presents in his wonderful teachings. We can see through our third eye, supported by our consciousness, what another could not see out of understanding, even after millennia. We can observe, analyse, and understand the more we tap into our love nature, the less we are afraid of anything, including the quest to understand our own suffering.
It is wonderful to realise how powerful is our mind, and the love nature we have inside. We become rulers of our personal and unique kingdom, controlling the most valuable entity we possess: our own mind. The moment we start to realise how beneficial it is enrolling in a peaceful state of mind, it is the moment we understand fear is something we have no reason to embrace, as nothing is so powerful than our own mind. Suffering becomes a land we step into searching for the useful knowledge required to observe, analyse, and understand everything that has happened until the present moment. With such an understanding at hand, we are able to strengthen the self, becoming stronger and resilient against any negativity we have contact with, while facing the challenges life presents to us.
The moment Buddha, the enlightened one, has achieved the highest peaceful state of his mind, which we call enlightenment, it was the moment he was capable of becoming aware of the extension of his own suffering, establishing a huge understanding of the mind. In the absence of scientific methods for describing such astonishing outcomes, Buddha has transmitted his achievements through his teachings, being very clear about the requirement of accepting nothing out of understanding, which could be achieved by a personal application of his teachings, and anything related to them, into our own perspective and relativity.
In the journey of understanding our own suffering, enhancing the self to achieve peace of mind, we enrol in a similar path Buddha has walked in the ancient times he was living, and recognised as such. Therefore, we could say achieving peace of mind is walking the path of life in Buddha's shoes.
Our internal light becomes more vivid the moment we start understanding its relationship with what is on the outside. We realise the outside may be experiencing a similar chaos we experience while in a period of suffering. We understand we could do nothing but enhance our own light, providing a source of hope one could see, even in the darkest times.
The moment we realise why negativity is only disseminated within a period of suffering, it is the moment we understand the absence of light in such a darkest moment.
