The path we choose to walk in life is usually not a direct path with little, or no challenges to overcome. On the contrary, we have to consider the possibilities of every movement we make, observing the self and the surroundings in the face of unpredictable, and unknown events happening in the present moment. The more we realise the enhancement of the self is a solo journey, the more we understand any challenge we face is an opportunity to learn something new, which makes us one step closer to achieve the peaceful state we train our mind for. The moment we realise mind training is a conscious conditioning of the self, it is the moment we understand no matter the path we are following, we are in control of walking it or stepping out for a new, fresh, and meaningful journey.

Impermanence is what dictates every event we observe in the universe, characterising the uniqueness of every moment we experience in the time and space fabric of our own perspective and relativity. There are no two events that are precisely the same, which means the observation of the intrinsic application of probability theories to decide about similarities of anything we have contact with. The closer the similarity, the higher the probability we consider two unique events "the same thing", which may make our unconscious mind enrolls into a conditioning to react in a similar way, while observing those two unique events in different moments of our own life path. We could say that understanding is the observation of life events through the use of what is present in the theory of relativity, where the observer's point of view defines the bias we are subjected to, while observing anything happening in the present moment.

The more we get conscious about the intrinsic uniqueness of everything in the universe, including anything related to the self, the more we understand change is part of our true nature, dictating the key secret of our wonderful evolutionary capabilities. Thus, we get ready to realise suffering is also an impermanent state, and we have no reasons to embrace it as a permanent condition we must accept no matter the circumstances. The more we understand the source, manifestation, and development of our own suffering states, the closer we get to tap into our unlimited huge mind power, as Buddha, the enlightened one, has already described in his teachings.

The moment we realise the unique characteristics of our own life path help us to unlock the power we have dormant inside the self, it is the moment we understand how to use it meaningfully, and wisely.
