No matter the environmental conditions we are living in, or the challenges we are facing in the present moment, our light is always there, ready to shine and be shared with anyone else interested in tapping into our wonderful love nature. It is time to realise we are creatures capable of adapting to the environment, highlighting our strengths and diminishing our weaknesses, while searching for knowledge through observation, analysis, and understanding of our own experiences. Buddha, the enlightened one, has done it in ancient times, and we are capable of continuing to do the same in the present moment, stepping into a strong [and joyful] evolutionary path. The moment we realise what we observe in the surroundings cannot be understood just by following the words or actions we have contact with, it is the moment we understand the need to incorporate, consciously, anything matching our own love nature.

If you are on the outside while reading this text, please, look around and point your nose right to the sky, in an act of contemplating the privileged view of the atmosphere you have in the present moment. If you look carefully, after a few moments, you would be able to perceive the movement of the planet, and the conjecture with the universe, which still holds a lot of knowledge to be extracted. If you are inside, but close to a window where you could look to the outside, please, do the same. For those who are indoors, with no possibility to access a window, or going outside for a few moments, try to observe what happens in the environment you are inserted into, right in the present moment.

If we remain quiet while observing the environment, we are able to see what cannot be seen out of consciousness: the sequence of events and the link between them, together with the relationship with our own perspective and relativity. Even if we get into an environment in complete silence, and quietness, we could use our consciousness to observe the exchange of energy in the surroundings, which is wonderful for the achievement of peace of mind.

We could also realise that our interpretation about what happens in the present moment dictates the conclusions we draw about our own observations, requiring consciousness to separate the illusions derived from the negative conditioning of our unconscious mind, from the facts we have knowledge about. It does not mean we have to doubt the self, but it means we have to keep our conscious mind in an open and non-judgemental state, always centred into our love nature, and the care about life.

The moment we realise by doing such observation of the environment we are actually training our mind, it is the moment we understand we do it every single moment but out of consciousness. Thus, the more we perform our mind training with consciousness at hand, the more we enhance our beautiful light to help walk towards the path of a meaningful life.
