Every single day that we cultivate the care about life we are carving, and sharpening a wonderful shield against negativity. Such a shield enables us to observe our own suffering with a non-judgemental attitude, while we also observe suffering all around in such a way we use it as a model of what we have to diminish, and eliminate from our own behaviour. It is time to realise we are connected with the universe, and its impermanence is a wonderful feature dictating the constant change we observe in everything, including the self. The moment we realise negativity does not stand a chance against a conscious mind, it is the moment we understand the use of consciousness, in a meaningful way, is a sign indicating we are close to the achievement of a higher peace of mind state.

In those moments we are receiving negative criticism about something we have done, or are doing, we need our consciousness the most to understand nothing happens out of our own permission. If we start embracing the negativity coming in our direction, paying attention to the fabrication of the scene with a clear purpose of disturbing the self, and the current level of the peaceful state achieved, we are just embracing suffering. We start incorporating such negativity by paying attention to small things that make little or no difference to the wonderful results we have already achieved, which are visible for a conscious mind walking a path towards a meaningful life.

We have to observe, analyse, and understand the purpose of every single negative amount of energy we have contact with, drawing some hypotheses related to the sequence of events required to recreate such a negative situation, which ends up in the understanding about the motivation of what we are experiencing in the present moment. By understanding such a motivation, we get aware of the intrinsic cause and effect phenomenon we are under control, which dictates the mastering of our own emotions, and the understanding of how negativity may influence our reaction against fabrications, and illusions, driving our own mind in the direction of suffering. Buddha, the enlightened one, has left such a wonderful knowledge about ruling our own mind, which enhances exponentially the identification, and understanding of the source of everything we experience, enabling a deep scan meditative practise to locate "the device", i.e. the trigger of any step into a period of suffering, derived from a situation we are inserted into in the present moment.

The moment we realise what motivates the self to keep walking on the path towards a meaningful life, it is the moment we understand why our love nature is the opposite of any period of suffering we could experience.
