In the ocean of life, we have to learn by either observation or experience how to deal with the presented challenges, using the best strategy we have knowledge of at the moment. We need to adapt all the time, no matter the circumstances, aiming the alignment with our love nature as a measure to evaluate we are heading towards the right direction. By doing that, we get prepared to face darkness, and its associated dark intelligence, when suffering gets vivid in the scene. We need to be prepared, and it is our personal duty to perform body and mind training in order to enhance the self, and our peaceful state of mind. We are not able to predict all the situations we would be part of. We cannot forecast what type of obnoxious behaviour we would have to face in the different environments we are inserted into. We cannot control the outside, and the moments the environment is either quiet or agitated in the surroundings. However, we have the capability to control how we react to the st...

Buddha, the enlightened one, says that accepting the gift of suffering is establishing the ownership of it to the self, while rejecting it is letting such a gift where it initially belongs to. As a consequence of that, the moment we manifest any negativity towards the self or another, sometimes in a harmful way, it is the moment negativity enters deep within, corrupting and deteriorating not what we desire to but what we have no intention to get damaged. It is easy to see that when our intentions are not genuine, anything we do is only part of an illusion associated with a period of suffering we are experiencing. We may think that what we are doing is right, and we may support it by the fact that such corruption is common sense in the vicinity we are part of. That is how a belief emerges, and the famous absolute truth begins to be disseminated, in order to control the way the majority behaves in a given situation. It happens with anything, and it may be passed through generations...

Life is a solo race, in which the only adversary we have is the self. If, by any luck, we get to race beside another source of light, i.e. another beautiful soul, each one of us has to be able to enhance individually, even when supporting each other during the journey. As his holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama is used to saying: "our enemy is our best teacher". The worst enemy we have is our own suffering, and therefore we need to keep suffering as close as possible to us, preventing its manifestation to the outside. The more close we get to our own suffering, the more confined it is, and the easier suffering gets diminished and superseded by love and its associated peaceful state of mind. Sometimes we have to deal with challenges and difficulties coming from the outside, and it is not an easy task to accomplish. However, it gets even worse when we let negativity corrupt the self from the inside out, increasing the magnitude of anything we are facing. As a consequence, we acquir...

Embracing suffering is a punishment we do to ourselves, no matter the circumstances. On the other hand, manifesting our light represents freeing the self from any negative energy being generated within. Thus, preventing suffering or manifesting light can be achieved by a similar path: not harming others, being positive, staying strong, becoming resilient, and attaining a peaceful state of mind. No matter what we do, darkness is always there. No matter how much knowledge we acquire, dark intelligence keeps its presence in order to cloud our view and judgement of what we experience in the present moment. Darkness says we need to get used to embracing suffering, while in light we do not embrace but observe and understand it when required to. Darkness says we cannot achieve any peaceful moment while suffering is not accepted. In light we accept nothing outside the sphere of influence named understanding. While in darkness we must follow negative conditioning blindly. Light, otherwise...

The moment we realise the importance of our physical location to the state of our internal battery, it is the moment we understand suffering is able to drain its power when illusions are fabricated by dark intelligence, according to the negative conditioning we are subjected to. If we embrace suffering, our light is diminished and we become another source of light prone to what the outside dictates as our destiny. However, if we understand how to use our physical location to boost the cultivation and nurturing of our light, we can shine it using less energy than we can imagine for the moment. Sometimes we make a huge effort to deal with either a difficult or obnoxious situation, becoming exhausted after a short period of time. When we start thinking about the reasons why we get so drained, we find out that most of the time there is more to do with the inside than anything else.  When we are embracing suffering, we assume our unconscious mind is making the right moves but act...

Finding our way, the direction we head towards on our path, is a fundamental step to give purpose to everything we experience and do during our life journey. Sometimes we may ask the self: How could we defend ourselves against fundamental rights' violations? How do we behave the moment we observe laws being bent and affecting our privacy, rights to have a job, establish a family, and our freedom of speech? How do we behave when we are part of a minority oppressed by the power of money? The moment we realise how to face the challenges derived from the answers of the aforementioned questions, it is the moment we understand that no matter what we do, embracing suffering is always something we have to make an effort to let out of the table. Suicide is never a right path, and it is not a way out. When we are part of a society that value more money than life itself, we may hear, sometimes, a legacy of slavery that says we have to be careful when speaking with someone whom is considered...

We all have the power to decide what we would like to do, and the path we would like to pursue in life. Consciousness provides us such a power, and no one is able to take it away from us without our permission. Therefore, when we choose love, no matter how hard it is to face darkness and its associated dark intelligence, we have to trust the self to the task of being resilient, cultivating and nurturing our light to care about life as the ultimate goal. Within our own perspective and relativity we are the rulers, and we make all the decisions regarding any aspect of either our path or life itself. There is nothing more powerful than a motivated mind decided to embrace love, facing darkness with no fear and a strong light. We all have the rights to choose our sexual orientation, and who we would like to have a chat with, when the other person is also willing to chat. The moment the dark intelligence works in a deceptive way, the lack of consciousness could force a decision just to...

Following our own path is a duty we have to embrace completely, certain that any challenge presented to us has to be dealt with in a conscious and meaningful way. The moment we step out of our conscious state, letting our unconscious mind to be in the driver’s seat, we may lose the view of our third eye, which implies falling down into a trap of the illusions we are subjected to. Remaining conscious, which implies the impermanent duty of stepping out of negative conditioning, is the way to enhance the self and achieve higher and peaceful states of mind. Buddha, the enlightened one, has provided wonderful teachings about the benefits of keeping consciousness at hand, and one important characteristic is keeping practising, and performing our mind training. The more we perform our mind training, the more we are able to apply its results during our daily activities. Such applicability is the way to adapt the self to the environment we are inserted into, considering that fine tuning h...

Sometimes we urge to jump into conclusions, analysing just what is close to us. It is like observing part of a very long snake and assuming it is a piece of wood in the middle of the jungle. The decisions are made by the head, and it is from the head that comes the bite. When we see suffering as a snake, we understand that focusing on the body, i.e., on the outside, has little or no effect. The moment we aim for the head, i.e., within the self, it is the moment we suffer no more. We have been conditioned to not look into the real source of a problem, and it represents a huge drawback into our personal evolution. When we look to the outside, trying to observe, analyse, and understand any behaviour we are subjected to, we end up with both no understanding and suffering as outcomes. The real deal is that we are trading our peace of mind by the inability to recognise where the head of the snake is. The moment we aim for the head, looking within to the source of what causes suffering ...

When we are facing darkness for so long, it is important to be awakened to the fact that every single step towards the path of a meaningful life is an important achievement. We have to deal with so much negativity, dishonour, unfairness, and uncertainty that sometimes we find ourselves in places we are not familiar with. The problem is neither the reaction nor the stimuli but what we do with the knowledge we have at hand. We are surrounded by huge intelligence, and at the same time we are isolated, alone within our own perspective and relativity. Achieving peace of mind is the way to enhance. There is no other path to face darkness than stepping into personal evolution. It requires strength, resilience, and a bit of sensitivity to feel what is in the air in the present moment. It is indeed not an easy task. We face an army of stones motivated to be on our path, ready to observe suffering no matter the circumstances. We would face distorted scenes, deception, illusions, and even f...

Threatening speech is nothing more than a period of suffering being experienced. We have been conditioned to do that, and it is only through consciousness that we can vanish such negative conditioning. The moment we receive threatening speech from the outside the question asked is: Am I prepared to deal with an escalation of that speech to physical contact? If not, we have to get prepared. Otherwise, there is nothing to worry about besides the fact of keeping our body and mind training on check, acquiring knowledge as much as we can, and putting value in life instead of something else. If we are feeling scared, threatened, or intimidated by anyone, no matter the means that person or group is utilising to do that, the first thing we have to keep on the table is consciousness. Before stepping into a period of suffering, and entering in a panic mode, let us reflect a bit about the scene, remembering that neither a person nor an organised group can do anything to us without our permi...

The moment we establish any difference between the justice we have understanding of and the justice we would like to be treated by, it is the moment that what we have established is not supported by honour, caring about life, or common laws to live in society. As a consequence of our evolution, the only true justice we can establish is the one we rely on the self, and our own capability to enhance. Therefore, achieving peace of mind, acquiring knowledge, and becoming smarter, stronger, faster, and resilient against darkness is the way. Justice is an abstract concept, which is indeed associated with our love nature. What is good for our health, making our body and mind to enhance instead of deteriorate, and promoting the cultivation of our light can be considered justice right away. The balance obtained by a fair decision is always considering how valuable life is, and how close we are willing to keep such a value intact. There is no exchange of life by something else, even if it ...

It is from the inside out we can step into our personal evolution, which is the only way to face darkness, and the lack of both wisdom and intelligence we present while experiencing suffering. No matter how the outside threats us, no matter how discrimination, racism, or even neo-nazi ideologies see the self, what matters most is cultivating and nurturing the beautiful life we have inside. Strengthening light is a way to diminish darkness, eventually stepping into the path of enlightenment like Buddha, the enlightened one, has done in ancient times. The path of light is nothing more than expanding the room of love, and all the positive outcomes its promotion brings to the table. Light makes the scene clear, enabling the use of our third eye to see what our naked eyes cannot see in the present moment. In the middle of a dark environment, where suffering has been experienced, and negative conditioning dictates the illusions we are subjected to, keeping consciousness at hand is the only w...

Sometimes we try to isolate ourselves in an island in order to observe what happens within, and in the surroundings, while facing illusions we are subjected to in the present moment. When self-isolation is successful, we can reflect better about how to deal with any disturbance we may experience in our daily activities, which can become more vivid during such reflection. On the other hand, when it is not possible to be in self-isolation, we need to create an hermetically-closed environment, where only violations of our personal space may be able to cause observed disturbances in the vicinity. As a consequence, the more we realise that negativity is part of suffering, the more we understand that dealing with it is part of our daily activities. If we get not comfortable with the fact that dealing with negativity is part of our daily activities, we do not stand a chance against darkness and its negative conditioning we may be subjected to in the environment we are inserted into. It ...

If I ask you: What do you see in the image? There is a probability that you provide me an answer different from mine, or any other person asked. It is because the image is not totally clear, not showing objectively what has been represented. It is abstract, prone to interpretation, in which the only true answer is obtained from who has created it. All apart from the author's answer rests on the domain of speculation. Talking about suffering on the outside, i.e. observing another, is similar. The only person capable of providing a true answer about an experienced period of suffering is the self. In that direction, performing our mind training is a way to recognise how powerful we are against any speculation, illusion, or negative-conditioned scene we may face in the present moment. While dealing with our daily activities, from time to time, we may have to face environments and scenes where illusions are presented right in front of our naked eyes. Such illusions are prone to be con...

Dealing with suffering is an ancient and personal duty, which, unfortunately, has been conditioned for centuries in a negative way, seeking and glorifying perfection instead of understanding. We face an era of illusion, where there are more unique combinations to characterise the same ‘psychological disease’ than stars in the milky way [1], together with the invalidation of the theory of chemical imbalance that justifies the use of drugs for psychological treatment [2]. We experience a moment of generalised speculation, differing from personal understanding promoted by Buddha, the enlightened one. Therefore, the more we seek knowledge, the more we open our third eye to the presented scene. It is clear as crystal that we need our consciousness to deal with difficulties and challenges we experience in the present moment. We face a growth of darkness that dictates the chaotic environment we live in, observing from wars to violations of human rights, and all with no apparent solution...

Facing Neo-Nazi ideology is not an easy task, requiring the achievement of higher levels of peace of mind, combined with a self-motivated mindset to acquire knowledge. If by any means we observe that people we have contact with are behaving like we possess some sort of ‘psychological disease’ such as schizophrenia [1], pathological lying [2], or any other type, implying threats to our rights of freedom and dignity [3], there is a higher probability we are facing Neo-Nazi ideology dressed in, and protected by, psychological diagnoses. The only way to deal with it is keeping consciousness at hand, acquiring knowledge as much as we can, cultivating our love nature, and manifesting our beautiful light from the inside out. Let us forget about extremely right, or any radical movement we see described as the main characteristic to identify groups worshiping Neo-Nazi ideology. If we start to dig into history, remembering what Nazism has represented during World War II, the main character...

Silence and disturbance. Professors and students. Good and bad. Right and Wrong. We have not to be afraid of the unknown, or anything from an anonymous source. On the contrary, we have to face anything based on honour and respect. Therefore, the moment we recognise the illusion we are part of, intelligence emerges itself clear as crystal, showing that it is playing all sides, no matter the circumstances. Wisdom emerges when we continue our path, even surrounded by darkness and its associated negative conditioning. The promotion of suffering makes no difference between right and wrong, good and bad. All depends on the purpose, the goal to be achieved. We talk no more about love nature. We talk no more of caring about life as the ultimate goal. We talk no more about suffering, and difficulties ourselves, or even someone else, are experiencing. The subject concentrates on how aligned it is the action performed with the goal to be achieved. The merit, the intention, and the offered s...

While dealing with darkness we have to carefully observe what happens in the present moment, using our consciousness to analyse and understand the scene. If suffering gets in the way, the best we can do is being soft with the self, recognising the inability to remain conscious, and learning from the episode in order to enhance a more resilient peaceful state of mind. Perfection is an illusion caused by suffering, which attempts to control the natural impermanence of any event observed in the universe. Dealing with darkness and its associated suffering is not an easy task. And it becomes harder if we are bind to the negative conditioning promoted by the idea of perfection. A perfect peaceful state. A perfect positive attitude. A perfect evil. Or even either a perfect Angel or God. Consciousness says there is no perfection, and using perfection as an excuse to harm another is nothing more than stepping into a period of suffering. Real life is made by impermanence. Our physical matt...
