For each situation we experience in life we may use a different essence of love, and a different strategy, which we may think is suitable to face what we are facing in the present moment. For example, it is not wise, or even conscious, to establish a trustworthy agreement with someone that puts no value to our words, as such agreement may be considered invalid, or even not followed, by the counterpart. Sometimes we have to remain in silence. Sometimes we have to speak with a non-judgemental attitude, analysing and understanding the situation we are inserted into. Sometimes we have to do both, depending on what we observe on the scene. The moment we realise adaptation is part of human evolution, it is the moment we understand even when we apply, multiple times, the same strategy and the same essence of love, we get unique results.


The more we use our consciousness to acquire knowledge from challenging situations we have experienced, the more we realise and understand the uniqueness of our interventions, regarding the impermanence of the universe. We are not omnipresent, and we have no knowledge about everything involved in a scene we are observing, and experiencing. We establish a simplified system model from our own perspective and relativity, which we use to make decisions regarding the strategy, and the essence of love we are about to apply with consciousness at hand. Thus, we have to adapt to the situation, using our consciousness and mind training to perform the best intervention we could, with the resources we have at hand. It is not an easy task, and the more we perform our mind training, the more we start recognising our strengths and weaknesses on the enhancement of the self.


The moment we realise we have to adapt to step into our own growth and evolution, it is the moment we understand adaptation is part of our love nature, and it is something our own body does every single moment of our own existence.
