The tendency is improvement, getting more and more conscious about everything within the self and in the surroundings. However, it is not an easy journey. There are moments we have to experience suffering, to go deep into negativity and find answers to the current challenges we are facing. At first, the unconscious mind drives a blind walk down on the road. Nothing makes sense, everything means something just to the external, and within the self the live vessel gets the blow of a disregarded, misled, and unconscious mind. The moment our conscious mind awakes to the fact we are within a period of suffering, stepping out of it is as fast as the speed of light. Nothing becomes everything, and something turns into a lead to the next level. The live vessel starts to heal itself, incorporating the energy flow generated by the power of the mind, and reaching the awakening point. The more we realise we are close to the limits of our comprehension, the more we understand there is no limitation for a transcendent and ancient knowledge of the self.
We should not believe but trust our consciousness on the task to figure out the path to the journey of a meaningful life. Each step turns into a new adventure, and with a new adventure new challenges to face. The evolutionary wheel of self-enhancement is hard and sweet, unknown and clear, a practise that involves a mysterious discovery of the huge amount of power we have inside. We do not need to be a mutant, part of the X-Men squad, to feel something is changing. We do not need to have magical relics like the sword of omens used by Lion-O, the lord of the Thundercats, to be able to see “the sight beyond sight” of our own existence. And there is no need to be super rich like Danny Rand, the Iron Fist, to be able to receive the ancient gift called clearance of mind, achieved by our own efforts and continuous meditative practise.
The superheroes of the fictional universes of cartoons, mangas, movies, or tv series carry a wonderful message behind the scenes that has become popular in the speech of the former president of the United States, Barack Obama: “Yes, we can!”. Fearing another is embracing negativity and suffering without realising how retracted we are in the task of concentrating on the self. The moment we concentrate on the self we establish a foundation to feel and manifest the power of the mind, our unique ability locked deep inside. The sensation is similar to becoming something, or someone, extraordinary with no need to change such as prince Adam and Adora do to become He-Man and She-Ra, respectively. In that moment, we are able to feel the power in our own hands, being able to see what cannot be seen out of consciousness.
The moment we realise negativity represents no match for our conscious mind, it is the moment we understand we do not need the power of Grayskull, or the magical ring of the Green Lantern, to use what we already have at our disposal: the power of our own mind.
