Give yourself a break in order to understand and find out where the source of negativity is. Understanding origins is fundamental to prevent embracing darkness, implying we are able to diminish the negative stimulation reaching directly our brains from any source, and at any circumstances. Let us imagine a supersonic sound buzzing into the ears. Could we concentrate on feeling the uncomfortable sensation caused by such a sound 24/7? Could we shut down such a sound from a place we have no control of? The practise of our mind training is focused on what we can control to diminish the effects of what we cannot, protecting our mind and the live vessel from the negative energy we have contact with. The more we realise where the key point of our inner peace is, the more we understand how we can improve our practise to achieve peace of mind, eventually.
Resilience is the word that represents our capability to resist anything we are experiencing in the present moment, resulting in bending but not breaking no matter the circumstances imposed. The bending process is part of the learning curve about everything we have contact with, including the enhancement of the self through the establishment of strong foundations that support building, and manifesting the unlimited power of our own mind. Being resilient includes being able to walk the path of a meaningful life with a heavy hill under the shoulders, being aware and awaken that every step we take towards the light represents a huge amount of power we master and manifest from the inside. The lighter we feel about walking with such a huge and heavy weight, the more we understand how strong and powerful we become, being able to realise what we could achieve the moment we are able to lift up the hill completely with our bare hands, putting it aside and on the ground by using nothing more than a kind and compassionate gesture of happiness.
Focusing on the difficulties we are facing at the present moment is nothing more than acknowledging the entrance into a locked room of suffering, characterising the infinite loop of negativity as a normal behaviour we have to accept out of understanding. Instead of focusing on the difficulties, let us try focusing on the benefits we get the moment we overcome such a difficulty, the reward of facing a challenge, and the knowledge we gain by the continuous practise and enhancement of the self in an infinite loop of hitting, and achieving a new personal mark.
The moment we realise it is much more beneficial to the self focusing on the rewards rather than on difficulties, it is the moment we understand we do not accept the difficulties but learn how to use and transform them into a huge source of motivation.
