It is much harder to end up a fire than to prevent it from starting. However, dealing directly with fire is the usual approach we use, as no one does nothing until something physical and visible happens, being classified as a threat to the eyes of whoever is observing the behaviour, or the situation, without knowing the details of what has happened to trigger such a fire. Sometimes smoke is much worse than fire itself, as it can spread on the air quickly, intoxicating anyone whom has contact with it, and taking advantage of little or no knowledge about the subject. Clouding the senses smoke is able to do, and using our own perspective and relativity a strategy we can pursue to prevent inhaling things we are not aware about. An enemy can use fire to blame, and a conscious mind understanding about what is happening in the present moment. The more we realise how smoke and fire are related to each other, the more we understand how we can use the power of our own mind to dissipate the clouded perspective, and put ourselves up into a more clear and wide view.

The use of our consciousness is a key factor to observe a situation with a non-judgemental attitude, being able to identify important details that cannot be seen through our naked eyes. Sometimes we have to put ourselves in the middle of the fire, as we cannot see anything hidden by the huge smoke that has been generated from the true source of events. Sometimes we have to use a controlled fire to deal with another source of fire, tapping into the power of our own mind to guarantee no harm would be able to reach any person, and ensuring we can prevent the initial source of fire from spreading out, creating smoke, and setting itself again, and again, as a source of conditioned, chaotic, and unlimited negativity.

There is only one way to prevent fire from being generated at our own perspective and relativity in an uncontrolled, and chaotic way: performing our mind training. By training our mind we get aware about our emotions, the environment, the configured situation, and how we can deal with them through an investigative and inquisitive way. We awaken the self to use our consciousness as the key that opens the door called awareness, stepping into a room where darkness may be present but faced by the bright and beautiful light we emanate from the inside.

The moment we realise fire and smoke also have the power to induce the unconscious mind to step into a perspective of illusions, it is the moment we understand how important consciousness is while dealing with the unknown, and the outcomes caused by its generated events.
