We are not a number. We are not a thing to be studied, as no other sentient being is, even with the needs to understand characteristics of our live vessel, which are required to protect us against threats like COVID-19. We are not data to be acquired, analysed, modified, or inferred. We are not statistics meant to be sold but simply human beings who are social creatures with the nature of love inside. We are able to love. We are able to be resilient. We are capable of caring about ourselves and others. We are courageous, flexible, interdependent, and even vulnerable. And the most important: we are adaptable, a capability we have by changing ourselves while facing all the challenges life presents to us, no matter the circumstances.


Please, welcome the wonderful sentient being that lives together with us since the beginning of our life: ourselves. That live vessel deserves our deep love and care no matter what we are experiencing at the present moment. We know we are capable of loving another, and we find it appealing to be together with another wonderful creature of love. We are powerful creatures, capable of observing, understanding, and acquiring knowledge from every situation we experience in life, the moment we get conscious about such a power. The mind training we perform is not a way to produce a bunch of data to understand why obnoxious behaviours are manifested in a state of suffering but to enhance ourselves, understanding our capability to deal with negative energy we have contact with, and a practise to support us becoming the best versions of ourselves at the present moment. It is wonderful to use science to understand a natural process, but science is just a complement to the ultimate goal that is our well-being. The moment science sacrifices that ultimate goal of any life, it does not worth the price.


Again, please, welcome the wonderful sentient being that lives together with us since the beginning of our life: ourselves. We should remember, no matter what decisions we make, and what paths we take, love is always inside, ready to be highlighted in a wonderful flame that shines our light deep inside.

The Neo-Nazi ideology is already deep in the roots of our current society, and as part of our culture and way of life, it’s dictating and conditioning what people see as normal behaviour in some social spaces. The simple act of gossiping with the goal of imposing additional difficulties in the life of another is a Neo-Nazi influence that passes almost unnoticed to our naked eyes.
