Let us take a moment to realise we need no external power to turn up our own light but our own consciousness. It is with our consciousness we tap into our nature, activating the internal powerline hidden in our blood vessels to light up the love we have inside, burning out any additional negativity disturbing our inner peace. We have a plug to connect to others just to enhance our light, which sometimes may involve reversing the energy flow to give positive energy to someone else. The moment we realise the energy we have inside is a pure energy of love, it is the moment we naturally look to anything, including the picture associated with this text, seeing a beautiful smile out of the light.

How could someone deal with negative criticism? One may ask. It is indeed something we have to think about, drawing our own strategy to diminish the negativity coming in our direction. One may say we need life experience, proper formal education, or even getting old to realise such a thing. It may be true or it may be not. It would indeed depend on which kind of experience we have had until the present moment, and how we use our consciousness to put ourselves in a positive perspective, extracting important knowledge from anything we experience. Could an unconscious mind attached to a 100 years old body extract knowledge from anything? Could an unconscious mind differ whether what suffering is? Could an unconscious mind use empathy to see the same scene from different perspectives, acting accordingly with kindness and compassion? Could an unconscious mind decide something by observation, reasoning, and understanding? Let us think about it. With no consciousness dealing with negative criticism is extremely hard, as we put ourselves in a state of suffering during the process. Lighting up our light, and looking into our own strengths may help to get a clear understanding about who we are, and how we could use such a negative criticism as an ally of our consciousness.

Let us remember the fact that each one of us has our own life to deal with, challenges to face, difficulties to overcome, and a beautiful path to walk through. Let us remember we can transform the negative energy from a negative criticism into a positive energy to boost our mind training, realising the more we get criticised in a negative way, the more we can use such an input as a way for personal growth.

The moment we realise the reasons behind negative criticisms, it is the moment we are able to see the unseen with the sight beyond sight.
