Let us remember all the cards we have at our disposal to deal with any situation we are experiencing at the present moment. Let us remember we are more than a live vessel, as our mind is in symbiosis with our body, bound to feed the nature of love we have inside. Let us remember no matter the negativity around tries to contaminate our heart with dark energy, in an attempt to intimidate our consciousness by reducing and weakening our heartbeat, it is deep inside we get the power to never give up our capability to be kind and compassionate with others. Ourselves, our heart, and everything within, can be controlled by our own mind, and that is one of the many wonderful cards of love we have at hand.


There is more inside than a naked eye could see, as there are much more events happening around than we are capable of observing. If we focus our attention trying to observe everything around, after awhile, we are able to realise we cannot follow everything at the same time. Thus, we have to concentrate on something we have full control of, and that something is ourselves. By concentrating in ourselves we are capable of getting conscious about everything within our sphere of influence. We are capable of performing our mind training, controlling our mind and body by strengthening the heart with a strong beat capable of generating positive energy.


By concentrating in ourselves we are capable of feeling the power we have inside, enabling us to realise we have nothing to fear but the growing of negativity within. There is nothing outside we cannot deal with at a proper time; there is nothing outside we cannot deal with proper mind training; as there is nothing outside worse than the manifestation of negativity from the inside. Let us think about it, incorporating the positive energy that says we can do anything by understanding the power we have at our disposal, free of charge, originated by our nature of love.


The moment we realise it much better to look at anything we experience in life by a positive angle, it is the moment we understand nothing is able to disturb our inner peace without our permission.
