When we cannot see something, we need to be an awesome listener. When we cannot hear something, we need to be an amazing observer. And when we cannot speak anything, we need to be skillful with our gestures. The moment we realise each one of us needs to develop all the capabilities mastered by those persons in the picture, it is the moment we use our intelligence not to harm others but to enhance our human capability, our nature of love and compassion. That is the true meaning of the word intelligence.

To see the world by sounds is to pay attention to every detail we can hear in the surroundings. It is to boost our senses to convert sounds into meaning, images, scenes, knowledge. It is to decode the words we hear in a way they resonate wisely within ourselves, promoting and generating opportunities to acquire knowledge required by our self-evolution.

To see the world by images is to pay attention to every detail passing in front of our eyes. It is to combine multiple snapshots of the different scenes we experience in the present moment, using our consciousness to differentiate illusion from reality, accidental from intentional, fabricated from natural, according to our own perspective and relativity. The colourful, the meaning, the true nature of an image is something we are able to recognise the moment we get conscious about what we are observing.

To communicate with the world by gestures is to convert the sounds we may hear, and the images we may see, into a different representation, a clear understanding to the ones capable of reading the exposed gestures. We all are capable of reading gestures of kindness and compassion the moment we tap into our nature.
I am not able to get What the true meaning of intelligence is, one may comment. I reply to that comment by asking you: What is happening in the surroundings you live? The moment you have a clear answer about the question I have just asked, it is the moment you know exactly what is the true meaning of the word intelligence by your own experiences.
