How could I help others? One may ask. We all have the energy of love inside ourselves, and by cultivating that energy we are already helping others. The energy of love is the fuel for a kind and compassionate attitude, a good intention, a soft gesture, a genuine smile. The energy of love is pure, it is a genuine intention to care not to use. We have the answer inside ourselves but sometimes we are too unconscious to see it clearly, and to share it freely. We have the power of being as soft as a wonderful share of energy from a good hand massage.
Is concentrating the efforts in the self a selfish act? One may ask. The answer depends on what kind of energy we use in the cultivation of the self. The moment we concentrate our efforts in the self, being careless about what happens to others in our watch, in our sphere of influence and responsibility, it is the moment we cultivate negative feelings, dark energy, states of suffering instead of light, love, kindness, compassion, good vibrations, and positive attitude. The moment we don’t care is the moment we put a negative barrier to prevent reaching the energy of love we have inside. It is the moment suffering is at dominance, nothing matters but to achieve our goals by any means needed. It is putting little or no value to the life of others, assuming the posture of diminishing anything or anyone in the path of getting what is desired. A pure act of suffering, grasping into meaningless and non-genuine intentions.
I am doing it just because people usually don’t know they need help. They are suffering. Thus, I just do a favour to open their eyes by forcing situations by their own good. One may comment. Well, if someone has a preference of forcing a situation, we know who is indeed in a state of suffering. It could be much more productive having a civilised conversation, sharing experiences, achieving a conscious agreement. We could see it the moment we are conscious, using our knowledge wisely.
It is not what I want. One may comment. Well, we know we just have control over ourselves not others. The moment we get conscious about that, it is the moment we know whether we are walking in the right direction. We can embrace the impermanence of the universe to promote changes in our attitude. The power is at our mind.
There is a huge difference between massaging or punching something or someone. By massaging we are sharing positive energy, promoting a relaxing time. By punching we are throwing out negative energy, transferring the responsibility of controlling it to something or someone else. The moment we realise that, it is the moment we know how to use the outcome wisely by training our mind instead of trying to break others.
