Let us close our eyes and think about a beautiful place, full of love and affection. It is very difficult to think about a place like that. One may say. The difficulty is not in having thoughts but in the source of them. Darkness we seek, darkness we see, darkness we think, and darkness we become. The opposite is also true: Light we seek, light we see, light we think, and light we become. How to see the light in a place full of darkness? One may ask. We are able to see the light the moment we do not turn our back on it. The more we get conscious, the easier we know when and where we have to put our eyes upon.

Think, that is still free of charge. We have the power of love at our disposal and it is within our own mind. We think all the time and everytime is a good opportunity to think about love. We could have a negative thought about how stressful a noise is around us, or we could see how easily we could identify the origin and the source of the noise with focus and attention. We could have a negative thought on how awful a person is trying to get us out of our mind, or we could see it as an opportunity to practise tolerance, identifying what we have to improve to achieve just the right level to match our current perspective and relativity.

Every measure has its countermeasure. That is the law of the universe, the impermanence, the positive and negative in everything we experience. I am not able to see what is good in a bad situation. One may say. Let me ask something: if we would like to listen to a specific radio station, what do we have to do? Tuning in to the right frequency on the receptor, am I right? To be able to see the good in everything we experience we have to practise, tuning in our nature of love to capture the positive vibrations from the environment we are inserted into. The more we practise, the easier we start to see how wonderful the power of love is.

How could I tap into my nature of love, tuning in to capture the right frequency? One may ask. Let me ask another question: if we have someone trying to disturb us, making a huge effort to get us out of mind, what do we do? The moment we realise the answer, it is the moment we know what our nature of love is.
