At the present moment we count on our genuine smile, the power capable of changing everything in a snap of a finger. We perform our mind training to get conscious about our nature, incorporating the care for others, the innocence of a child, the elimination of barriers and discrimination between persons, as we are all members of the same species. The principle of a meaningful life, which cares about the self, is what makes us conscious about our capability to overcome our own limits.

We have to find our way to overcome our own limits, tapping into our love nature. Each one of us has unique characteristics, which represent our individuality, the sense of a singular perspective and relativity in the observation of the universal impermanence. We may have different skin colour, cultural heritage, religion, nationality, gender, and education level. However, we are all humans, members of the same species, capable of incredible achievements through the use of our own consciousness.

How to overcome my own limits? One may ask. The moment we get conscious about the challenges we are facing in our daily life, right here, right now, at the present moment, it is the moment we realise what questions we have no answers for, and which kind of mind training we need to perform in order to strengthen our inner peace, achieving our inner balance, and finding our way towards a level of consciousness where whether we meet the answers or put the questions aside, as they have not more use to ourselves.

How could I recognise the questions I need answers for? One may ask. That is a personal journey, a search and realisation we have to do by ourselves. Sometimes we lose a loved one and we spend a long time grieving it, with a negative feeling that says we would never find another person like the one we have lost. The concept of losing someone could be metaphorical, as it may be the result of a physical separation, where each one goes to walk in orthogonal directions towards distinguish paths with little or no probability to crossover again. Do we need to fulfil such a loss? How do we do that? Would we try to mould another person as the person we have just lost? Are we conscious about what we are doing? Could we think a person is something that can be conditioned, replaceable, and disposable? Those are examples of questions we need consciousness to realise. Those are examples of questions our mind training is able to demystify.

It is with consciousness we are able to realise everything starts from the inside. It is with consciousness we separate mind tricks, illusions, and fabrications from what we observe and experience, the recognition of the unique nature about every event happening within our sphere of influence, our perspective and relativity. It is with consciousness we establish a well-founded marriage, we have children, family, loved ones capable of populating our mind with beautiful feelings of joy, good vibrations beyond our own limits.
