We need light to cultivate and nurture life, which is the precious gift we have at hand. Life gives us the notion of space and time, together with the ability to sense the impermanence of the universe around the self. We can survive into darkness because the source of light we need to live our life comes from the inside. It implies that any negative emotion we feel can be diminished by a positive counterpart. That is why we need light while walking our path towards a meaningful life.

We are the rightful defenders of light, as we have the wonderful ability to think, and get conscious about everything happening in the present moment. Ou love nature…our capability to be kind and compassionate…everything embraced by the positive energy of love is what makes us stronger, able to generate and manifest the unlimited power we have inside.

Consciousness is the tool we need at hand. Motivation is the foundation to face any challenge we need to face. Inspiration is what makes us look into the past to come up with something suitable, and aligned in the present moment. And Love is the wonderful feeling we have to carry on, no matter the circumstances and the environment we are inserted into. It is up to the self to move on consciously by observing, analysing, and understanding that the more we grasp on something, the less we are able to see the impermanence all around.

By grasping on a period of suffering, we get concentrated in the illusion feeding our unconscious mind, while following a negative conditioning associated with such an illusion. Liberation happens only through the acquisition and use of consciousness, enrolling the duty of recognising impermanence, and understanding that suffering is not part of our love nature.

The more we realise how essential the cultivation and nurture of the light we have inside are, the more we understand why understanding our own suffering is a duty performed by self, which is similar to what Buddha, the enlightened one, has done in his time.
