The knowledge about body and mind training is ancient. It is available to anyone interested to learn the old ancient practises that have been used, adapted, and modified throughout the centuries. The idea of dealing with suffering is part of the process of strengthening the self, being Buddha, the enlightened one, a vivid example of source of knowledge concerning the subject. The more we look into the negative conditioning we have contact with, and we receive from the current established society we live into, the more we understand the importance of tapping into ancient knowledge, in order to face what cannot be faced out of consciousness.

Sometimes we get immersed in the illusion that we live in a perfect environment. No matter how wonderful and delightful we feel about the environment we live in, it is far from being perfect. The same holds for the opposite. No matter how hard life is in the environment we live in, it is far from being absent of no source of love, kindness, compassion, or happiness. From a wonderful experience to a harsh challenge, the always present question we need to answer is "Why?".

Why is not the environment we are living in perfect? Why is life in the environment we are living in so challenging? Why could we not access a specific source of knowledge that we would like to learn more about? Why is the negative conditioning we experience in daily activities so obvious but, at the same time, so imprinted in society? To answer all of those questions we need knowledge. And to understand the source of everything related to those answers, the knowledge is ancient. That is why ancient knowledge is so important for life in the present moment.

We learn from the past, we practice and create in the present, and we let it to the future. Our capability to step into our personal evolution is focused on what we do in the present moment. If we disregard the past, or stop creating knowledge in the present, we are automatically corrupting the self. Corruption is the source of darkness, and darkness feeds on corruption through an infinite loop of suffering.

Preventing the corruption of the self is using our consciousness to diminish the influence of negative conditioning in our life. Even if everyone around is embracing possession instead of being, our duty with our true self is walking our own path towards a meaningful life. If not, we have made a choice of corrupting the self, and no one would be able to save us from the consequences of that corruption. The choice is always ours to make, the benefits are always ours to get, and the consequences are always ours to bear.

The moment we realise how wonderful being conscious is, it is the moment we understand the benefits we get and the consequences we have to bear.
