If we are in a situation where we have no much choice in the movements we can do, there is always the possibility to learn how the environment works. It does not mean we accept anything we face but we take the opportunity to observe, analyse, and understand it. There is always more than one perspective in every situation we experience in life. The more we step into the positive one, the more we walk towards a peaceful state of mind.

The importance of keeping a positive attitude in every scene we face is required to keep consciousness at hand, no matter how harsh the situation we are experiencing is. Sometimes what we see through our naked eyes is far from the truth about what the scene really is. However, such understanding is not valid for an external perspective but it is specific for the personal one. Why? The answer is simple: the only perspective we have control of is the one we are in the active role of being a ruler of our own mind. It means we can see nothing through the eyes of another.

By using our consciousness, we reach the understanding of combining the source of knowledge we acquire through both our naked eyes and the third one. Cross-referencing such sources enables the self to identify the illusions we have contact with, diminishing the probability of stepping into a period of suffering.

If we look at the picture associated with this message, we can see a bicycle in the middle of the road, which the observation from an external perspective may imply jumping to the conclusion that it is slowing down the flow. However, who has said the road has to be used by another person than its own ruler? When we think about our mind, and the path we follow during our mind training, we can picture exactly the same image, where the road is our private path leading to the state of mind we would like to reach. We can observe, pause, speed up, analyse, and understand every aspect of that path at our own pace. There is no need to rush, or get worried about anything.

The more we realise that we dictate the evolution of our own path, the more we understand such evolution is promoted by our conscious mind, with the clear goal of achieving peaceful states of mind.
