Negative criticism is a trace of darkness we have to learn how to deal with, and one of the best ways to do that is experiencing its negative outcomes, consciously and meaningfully. We just need to tell the truth. That is enough to start receiving negative criticism, and therefore practising our mind training. A person performing such criticism is probably experiencing a period of suffering, and we need to be soft about that. We have to be comprehensive, warm-hearted, kind, cultivating peace of mind. The more we do that, the higher are the chances that our peaceful atmosphere disseminates positive energy that influences someone on the outside to step out of suffering.
We are powerless against what the outside can do towards the self. It represents we have no control over another, and therefore, we have just to observe the outcome. The only thing we can do against the actions of another is self-defence. That is our strength, a trace of the power we have inside. Defending the self is our duty, and when we recognise the challenge we are facing has been in the universe since the beginning, we understand its impermanence is ancient.
I am writing here to motivate and inspire all of you to live a life as conscious as you can live. However, what is the guarantee I have that you are getting motivated and inspired? None. What is the probability that some of you are criticising what you just read? There is a chance of that. What is the probability that some of you hate me because I fear nothing, or anything surrounding myself? If there is any person that hates me, I send to that person positive energy to help the duty of stepping out of suffering.
Some of you may question: Why is this guy writing every single day? Is he doing some kind of therapy, where writing is part of the process? Those questions are the funniest ones. I like to answer in the form of other questions.
There is a huge difference between truth and speculation. The truth is what motivates the self to become a better version every single day. The speculation does just the opposite, causing doubt about everything we do. Are you feeling motivated and inspired about what you read on the NeartWord website? If yes, you already know why I write every single day.
Buddha, the enlightened one, has enrolled the path of understanding his own suffering, and after reaching enlightenment, he achieved peace and clarity of mind about the state he has just experienced. Is interpreting, applying, understanding, and disseminating the power of our love nature, which is vivid through Buddha's teachings, an investigative practise? If you say yes to that question, you already know I am not writing on this page motivated by any sort of therapy for me, or for yourself.
When we find the light we have inside, we become more powerful than we ever could imagine within our most incredible dreams. And to do that we just need two simple things: love and peace.
