The flavour, the type, and the ingredients present in a meal we prepare for the self is our responsibility to create, choose, and use. Everytime we prepare something to eat we are feeding our live vessel with an amount of energy that is required by our body to be functioning properly. If we feed it with something that is not good for our body's health, we will pay the price, eventually. Mind training works in a similar way. If we feed our training with illusions promoted by periods of suffering, cultivating the desire of seeing another in a bad shape, we will achieve nothing but more suffering for the self. Instead, focusing on cultivating, nurturing, and enhancing our love nature is the way to prepare wonderful meals to the mind, implying peaceful moments afterwards.

The more we focus our mind training in the enhancement of the self, the more beneficial it is the results we achieve. Consciousness becomes a vivid asset at hand, puting the unconscious mind in a dormant position when it is required to face a challenge in a meaningful way.

There is no secret but training. The more we train our mind, sharpening our analytical capabilities through the use of our astonishing brain, the more we master the peaceful state of mind required to observe, analyse, and understand anything we have contact with. There is no illusion capable of clouding the self for so long. There is no environment bad or good enough to trick our consciousness, making a blur to the vision we acquired from our third eye.

Therefore, achieving a peaceful state is part of the process to feed the mind with good vibrations and intentions, reaching the core of our nature to unleash its unlimited power. Buddha, the enlightened one, has done it in ancient times. We have the power to do the same in our own perspective and relativity, no matter what has happened in the past, and what we are facing in the present moment.

The impermanence of the universe is vivid for a conscious mind, which is aware of the past, focused on the present, and awakened to the future that is still unwritten.
