Rebirth. The moment we regain consciousness concerning everything happening within, and in the surroundings, it is the moment we get back to the path towards a meaningful life. We can smile more, experiencing the positive vibration life can offer. We enjoy the silence of peaceful moments, being ready for the storm of chaotic counterparts. Negativity does not stand a chance when our intentions are genuine and aligned with our love nature. Smile is an image of love, and if we have already smiled today, such an image is still vivid in our mind to warm the day.
Experiencing suffering implies periods where smiling is not an usual practice that is part of the package. Instead of experiencing positive and good vibrations, we get worried. Worried about the time, space, the other, and the place. Worried about expectations, possibilities, alternatives, and peculiarities. Negativity reaches higher levels, and the associated emotions become more usual than expected. The turn point is consciousness, and the understanding that everything in the universe is impermanent.
Experiencing suffering can represent knowledge, if we learn how to extract trustful lessons from our own perspective and relativity like Buddha, the enlightened one, has done in ancient times. Knowledge to see the world through the lens of our third eye. Knowledge to realise no matter what happens in the surroundings, the cultivation of our love nature is still possible under any circumstances. Knowledge to establish the wisdom required to step further into higher levels of peace of mind. Knowledge, which represents the clarity of mind to tap into the unlimited power we have inside.
Smiling more and worrying less is the lesson we need to observe, analyse, understand, and practise every single day of our own existence.
