In the middle of a dark time, we can be the light we would like to follow. We can boost our love nature from within, manifesting our light from the inside out. We can practise our mind training, acting based on a non-judgemental, kind, and compassionate attitude towards the self and others. Such a self-sustainable posture benefits all the surroundings. We become the light, the guide, the follower, and the practitioner of what matters most: the care and cultivation of life all around as the ultimate goal.
Life is precious, and there is nothing more important than caring and cultivating it. A life is not a disposable item but a priceless gift. Each one of us has one at hand, and it is our duty to care, cultivate, and nurture such a gift for our well-being. Sometimes it can be hard. Sometimes it can be challenging. Sometimes it can be even incredible how aside we put it, while experiencing a period of suffering. Our unconscious mind cannot tell, and the conscious counterpart is able to observe, analyse, and understand well.
Through consciousness we activate our third eye. Through consciousness we draw the strategy to shield the self against any negativity we have contact with. Through consciousness we observe every step we do, while walking our path. Through consciousness we decide when to continue, and when to pause for taking a rest. It is our decision to make, and our responsibility alone to deal with. The more conscious we are, the less troubled we become in the middle of a dark time.
Sometimes darkness is all around, and we have no power to end it outside our own perspective and relativity. That is why it is so important to practise our mind and body training with the goal to understand our own suffering like Buddha, the enlightened one, has done in ancient times. Such understanding is not transferable, becoming the crucial activity of our journey.
Achieving peace of mind is then represented by a moment of clarity, where we can manifest our light from the inside out, opening our third eye, and illuminating the path to see how we can reach the sky by our own efforts.
