There are moments when the flowers of our love nature that we cultivate within create a tight bond with our consciousness, a protector cord of our peaceful state of mind. We are able to stretch, retract, get off, or bring on such a cord to the duty of observing and understanding the self, keeping our non-judgemental attitude towards the self and others. By using our cord of love wisely and accordingly, we are able to create a natural hermetically sealed shield to keep negativity away. The more we diminish the amount of negative energy entering the self, the less disturbances we have on the duty of achieving higher levels of peace of mind.
We are able to think more clearly when we are at peace. The reason is very simple: we have less to deal with, and to think about, in the present moment. At peace, we do not need to get worried about applying defensive measures against negative energy we may have contact with. At peace, we do not waste our time dealing with internal dilemmas related to the actions we may, or may not, enrol in to deal with challenges we face in the environment we are inserted into. At peace, we get more capable of using our third eye to diminish the clouds of our vision, and the uncertainty associated with our decisions. We have just one simple task: keeping our peaceful state no matter what decision we have to make.
Keeping peace of mind is one of the hardest duties we have at hand, which is consciously cultivated by our mind and body training. The more we practise our mind training, the more prepared we are to keep practising our body training, and therefore ready to achieve higher levels of peace of mind. Our cord of love gets stronger, not easily broken, implying a solid established shield to face darkness no matter the circumstances.
The moment we learn how to endure our own suffering while performing, and practising our mind training, it is the moment we get prepared to experience peaceful states of mind we are not able to experience out of consciousness.
