When we experience negativity, and we look inside to tap into our love nature, we are able to see how important it is to share the good energy we have. It is like cooking a break, slicing it apart, and letting the ones who are interested in the good flavour of such a bread to serve themselves. We offer out of expectation. We see the differences about what is inside and what is outside. We realise we have no rights or power to modify, intervene, or disseminate negative criticism about the bread of anyone else, as negative criticism has a clear intention to harm another. We get just in a state of consciousness that we understand what his holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama, says about kindergarten Psychology, and the needs of higiene of emotions in the education system. The more we experience the power of the mind, and the benefits for the self, the more we understand how wonderful it would be to see people at young age cooking their own bread with finesse.

If you read the sentence I am writing right now with a positive view, I could say with no regrets, you are welcome to eat the bread I am pleased to cook every single day. I am also pleased to read, see, watch, and have contact with sharing of positive vibrations and love, i.e., different breads, different recipes, different cultures, and different approaches. The differences are a must and it is the differences that make ourselves wonderful creatures with so much positive energy to share with one another.

It is easy to start criticising someone else out of sudden. It is easy to look at another and put the finger in a blaming act. It is easy to lose control when we are in a situation there is little or no kindness, and little or no compassion towards ourselves from the outside. It is easy to give up if the motivation is not within, relying only on something we receive from the outside.

A clear example can be extracted from Buddhism. The moment we follow Buddhism and the teachings of Buddha, we are eating a wonderful and ancient bread recipe, full of knowledge about our mind and our nature of love. It is easy just eating Buddha’s teachings with little or no incorporation within our own perspective and relativity. However, it is much more beneficial if we establish our own foundation to start cooking our own bread, sharing all the kindness, compassion, and love we have inside.

The moment we perform a mutual exchange of bread recipes, out of expectation, and full of love, it is the moment we find a transcendent love, which is capable of benefiting all sentient beings by promoting the beautiful share of love all around.
