Life is a combination of ecosystems where the deterioration of one implies changes in the other. The moment we realise we are all interdependent and everything we do to harm another is actually harming ourselves deep inside, it is the moment we understand harming others is far from being a way of a meaningful life. In the attempt to harm another energy has to be spent, which could be applied to do wonderful things in the benefit of the entire humanity. While in suffering the mind could not think about anything clearly, as negative thoughts driven by the greed of an easy outcome dominate the actions performed. It is something conditioned as our nature has nothing to do with causing harm. The moment we realise the liberation of such an imposed condition is obtained through consciousness, it is the moment we understand what we see, hear, or believe about life itself is useless knowledge if not applied within our own perspective and relativity.
Sometimes we may say the moment we are out of consciousness is a moment we are walking while sleeping, with no idea about what is really happening at the present moment. Actions are driven by primitive instincts. Thoughts are controlled by unconscious beliefs out of understanding. Observations are performed with a clouded view promoted by the chaos and greed of darkness, which dictates the disturbance of inner peace. We see, hear, and believe in things concerning life that we have no understanding; with no understanding, what we see, hear, or believe about life itself turns out to be illusions of our own mind, utilised in the justification of what we cannot explain by a scientific method, or by the experiences within our own perspective and relativity, i.e., the kind of experience we perform with the self like Buddha has performed to achieve enlightenment.
Buddha has done what everyone of us has the power to do: he has investigated his own life, his own reactions, his own states of suffering, being capable of understanding what a meaningful life is, and how we have to realise it by ourselves and not by the lens of someone else. We may say Buddha has had many lives, as each Buddha identified in history has left wonderful knowledge about his own experiences in understanding what suffering is, and why we have no interest in experiencing suffering the moment we are conscious about such a knowledge.
We are in 2021. We have thousands of years of history, humanity, the world itself, and it seems we are striving with the same problems again and again, in an infinite loop of chaos and suffering even with the already left knowledge about the no use of it as a way of a meaningful life. We may believe out of consciousness such an infinite loop of suffering is part of a “normal” life cycle, as we may also understand by reasoning and investigation it is the result caused by the lack of education and transmission of such knowledge throughout the generations. His holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama, repeats many times we need education about how to deal with our emotions, and it seems a small fraction of the population is paying attention to it, i.e., the ones who get conscious about such a requirement. Thus, we may say concerning the knowledge about life itself, we are not in evolution at all but erasing the knowledge that has been acquired, and replacing it with something that is just a promotion of more and more chaos in the world we live in.
The moment we realise negativity, darkness, and chaos are internal dilemmas we have to deal with in order to prevent them from getting outside, being a vivid subject of our lifetime, it is the moment we understand why the world gets much more benefits by the promotion of love instead of hate.
