Forgiveness is totally different from either acceptance or forgetfulness. We should always forgive a period of suffering but we should not accept its negative outcome out of understanding, or forget the knowledge acquired from the associated scene. The negativity is able to consume us, which may imply being unable to step out of a period of suffering, grasping in a state that we believe we are doing right by trying to control what we cannot: the will, the path, and the life of another. The moment we realise fabrications of the mind are the worst threats we could imagine, it is the moment their materialisation are the metaphors of the living. In that moment we understand life is priceless, time cannot be returned, and consciousness is the secret of our evolution and own existence.
Be conscious, be brave, and be who you already are: a creature of love. We may be down a little bit no matter the reason but we should remember our consciousness is the secret we have at hand. Our consciousness is able to recognise we are not in a good day, implying being more careful with things we observe and experience. We may step into a period of suffering but by being conscious about our inner state we are able to minimise the negative effects of such a period.
By using the power of our mind we may realise loneliness starts to be not a frustration but a blessing. Silence transforms itself into the most beautiful melody we ever heard in our entire life. Challenges and difficulties can be seen as opportunities to enhance the self, learning by our own how to deal with them, regarding the resources we have at hand. It does not mean we have to believe if we are experiencing difficulties there is something divine about ourselves, or if we see someone else experiencing difficulties that person deserves that. It means walking our path with love at our heart, exercising the kindness and compassion we practise towards ourselves to others.
If something we do against another is able to harm that person, the period of suffering we experience is something we should be aware of, using our consciousness to acquire the proper knowledge to minimise or prevent the negative impacts of that period of suffering. The manifestation, the blame, the source is not in the other, it is within ourselves, no matter we think we are doing right, harming others has no justification, even if we invoke the “greater good clausule”. It is something we have to realise and understand by ourselves, and therefore we have to deal with the consequences if any period of suffering we experience implies the violation of the laws we are subjected.
The moment we realise fabrications of the mind intended to harm others are useless, representing the manifestation of suffering at its best, it is the moment we understand consciousness is the secret of our evolution and own existence.
