How willing are we to get beautiful with no special occasion, reason, or even to impress someone else on a date? It is time to realise nurturing the self is something we need no special reason to do. It is time to realise getting dressed, using makeup, cutting our hair, or even shaping our body by practising Yoga or any other physical activity, is something we should do out of external criticism. It is by recognising there is no need to impress anyone else but honouring the beautiful human being we already are that we realise, no matter the circumstances, happiness is generated from within to be shared free of charge. Our mind training can be reflected in our live vessel by enhancing body and mind with no expectations or positive criticism from the outside.
Let us realise we are just beautiful creatures walking on this planet called Earth, and by saying beautiful it does not mean perfect but unique. Our uniqueness is something that, sometimes, we forget to appreciate, incorporating negativity we have contact with in the environment we live in. How many times have we looked in the mirror feeling wonderful? How many times have we hidden the self by the fear of negative criticism? Feeling wonderful and recognising the beauty in the self does not mean we are not able to recognise another beauty in someone else; it means we are conscious we have no need to hide, we just need to get it out from the locked room of suffering.
If someone else does not appreciate our body, our hair style, our clothes, or even our way to get beautiful, it is a business we have no control of, and it is a business we have no need to pay much attention too. Let us feel wonderful because we just are, all of us, no matter the events happening in the present moment. By feeling wonderful we just awaken the nature of love we have inside, the power of the mind we are capable of manifesting but, sometimes, it is restricted by our unconscious mind.
Instead of victimising the self because of challenges we are facing, or difficulties we are experiencing in the present moment, realising the power to change our own life is at our hands is understanding suffering is seeing, feeling, or even experiencing negativity in everything, including the self.
