The moment we see a chain like the one illustrated in the picture, we may recall a negative thought about a prison, a locked place, a restricted area, or something that requires contention. Negativity we see, negativity we experience, and therefore negativity we embrace. Instead of a negative thought let us think about strength, a strong tie of our nature of love, our consciousness, and all the positive energy we are able to generate. The more we establish inner peace, the more we keep the balance between dark and light, strengthening the ties of our positive attitudes and meaningful values of kindness, compassion, and love. Like a chain made of steel, our light is strong enough to shine even alone in the dark.
It requires strength to practise kindness and compassion as much as it requires strength to lift up a heavy weight. In both cases, the more we use our consciousness, the less we lose energy in the process. Conversion is the key and transformation is the act. We convert a negative perspective into a positive one. We convert darkness into light. We convert hatred into happiness deep inside. We convert the weak in negativity to the strong in a positive sight. The transformation is always there, influenced by nothing but the power of the mind. The moment we transform we enhance the self by what we seek and intend to. Each transformation implies another level of consciousness, where we are able to see what we could not until the present moment.
The transformation is unique and cannot be achieved by the words of someone else but by the experiences of the self. I could say all the knowledge I have acquired during my lifetime to anyone interested to hear but it would only make sense to the ones willing to perform their own experimentation, adjusting and fine tuning the details to their own perspective and relativity. We may establish an hierarchical organisation of master and apprentice but, in fact, it suits better if we keep ourselves as equals, partners with unique but complementary results and experiences.
The more we see what is good inside, the less we worry about what is not good outside. It does not mean we accept anything inside or in the surroundings; it means we know the nature of love we have inside is stronger than any negative energy we may have contact with. The confidence is promoted by the power of the mind, which is “the lost secret” already inside. The moment we see by ourselves even a tiny extension of what our consciousness is capable of promoting, it is the moment we understand what master Yoda, from the fiction world of Star Wars, means when he says: “may the force be with you”.
