Let us put ourselves in a position where we can absorb the positive energy from the environment, diminishing the shadows associated with the darkness we may experience, which is certain to be present but not in a magnitude it is clearly noticed. Let us use the positive energy we have contact with as a sight beyond sight, nurturing what we already know about us, preparing the self for the next enhancement, and allowing a relaxing period to be on place, renewing the filter of negativity that converts discrimination into knowledge, avoidance into experience, negative criticism into positive energy, and restrictions into new possibilities to enhance the self. It may be seen as difficult in the first place but it is indeed an illusion of an unconscious mind, which is not able to see clearly the present moment with the available third eye.

If we are trapped into a place with no apparent exits, what could we do? One may ask. It is indeed a situation we may not be expecting but it is, for sure, something we have to be prepared to deal with. We may step into a state of suffering and stop thinking clearly, embracing the negative emotions at their best like getting angry about the moment, frustrated by the fact there is no one that could offer us some help, desperate that no exit could be found at easy sight, or even in shock and paralised by the fabrication of an illusion of the end of life, even if there is no real stimuli at the present moment. We may also use our consciousness to observe the surroundings, analysing the situation to count all the possibilities available at the present moment, including the idea of creating an exit by our own efforts. It is easy to imagine such a place as a physical space somewhere, but what if it is a trap fabricated by our own mind, regarding the difficulties the challenges we are facing pose to us?

The moment we realise there is nothing we cannot find a conscious answer for, it is the moment we get awaken to step out the suffering we have just experienced.
