Negativity is like a bad dream we have one unfortunate night: it may be awful to experience but it is impermanent by nature. We know where we have to go, what we have to do, and why love is stronger than hate. No matter hatred is following us, love is deep inside. The challenges we have to face, the obstacles we have to overcome, the barriers we have to trespass, and everything we have left behind, configure the right motivation to reach the path to a meaningful life.

We are the only one capable of understanding and achieving the right motivation and concentration to do the impossible: keeping the flame of love strong in the middle of a chaotic and dark environment. It is by the use of our consciousness we put aside negativity approaching us in any direction, by any means, and at any circumstances. We have the power to transform discrimination in motivation, suffering in knowledge, consciousness in power, and understanding in a wonderful live suit capable of being in constant change, adapting to the environment and the harsh conditions it may present. In this pandemic period COVID-19 has been taking many lives, and it is indeed not a period for more negativity. There is an ancient sentence in Latin that says “Mens sana in corpore sano”, which means a healthy mind in a healthy body, representing the need to keep the symbiosis between mind and body in order to achieve the required inner peace in the path of a meaningful life.

We have to be aware not to fall into the trap that anyone in our path would be kind and compassionate towards ourselves. On the opposite, we have to be prepared to get used to a journey characterised by moments of loneliness, with little or no support. We have just to be conscious enough to get the most of such moments, enhancing our understanding about the self, and our knowledge about the nature of love we have inside.

We have to be aware about states of suffering we may experience, and how the negative emotions associated with such states may either influence or disturb the achievement of our inner peace. Dealing with suffering is indeed not an easy task but observing and understanding it right are the foundation to acquire precious knowledge about life itself.

The moment we realise reaching the top of the mountain is not the end of a journey but the beginning, it is the moment we understand everything we have experienced in such a journey has prepared ourselves to face any challenge, anytime, and at any circumstances.
