Darkness and night, sun and light. It is in the darkness, out of light, with no way to be seen by a naked eye, suffering reveals itself with nothing but lack of consciousness. It is in the light, diminishing the possible darkness in the surroundings, our love nature reveals itself with nothing but consciousness at its best. In the darkness we feel what we cannot see. In the light we see what cannot be felt anymore. The duality, the complement, the mystery among darkness and light is still obscure for our naked eyes. The principles, the meanings, the targets, the revelations, the morals, and the impossible circumvent the power of the mind, the heat of the light, the chaos of the darkness, and the balance associated. It is easy to project darkness outside by the absence of light, as it is easy to see what is inside when the light shines strong to the sky. The moment we realise the relationship between darkness and light, it is the moment we understand why we have to train our mind, looking deep inside.

There is no need to hide as we have nothing to fear about our beautiful love nature. It is our own suffering we have to observe, realise, understand, and control by our own efforts, preventing such a state to manifest itself like a misguided lightsaber. There is nothing I could do to help you train your dragon, as there is nothing you can do to help me train mine. It is a personal choice, a conscious act, a revelation deep inside, and a step out of darkness towards light. The heat, the fire, the energy, the warm and love coming from the deepest self is something no one could find but ourselves. We talk about life, we experience different situations from different perspectives, we live guided by what we see and troubled by what we feel. There is no need to be like that, as we can still be guided by what we see but with help of what we feel consciously. It is a change from negative to positive, which no one can do on our behalf.

We could write forever about life, and all the uncountable experiences we have lived and observed. However, nothing is capable of putting us on the move, heading towards the light, into our own observation and understanding. Neither nothing nor no one but ourselves.

The moment we start believing in something, it is the moment we could ask: why do I believe in such a thing? Could I understand what I feel? Could I explain what I see?

Let us get back to where we have just started: the moment we realise the relationship between darkness and light, it is the moment we understand why we have to train our mind, looking deep inside.
