We have to get used to recognise entrances and exits we could not realise until they present themselves clearly during a scene we are experiencing. It is time to understand the relationship between what we think, what we experience, what is related to the work we are producing, and how everything is affecting the self, whether it is associated with suffering. If we get into the illusion that all the scenes we experience have little or no influence from what we do, think, or plan, we are just deep into a state of suffering, an isolated bubble not designed to enhance the self but to deteriorate it. The moment we realise we have to get out of such a bubble, it is the moment we understand the difficulties we experience in life, and the relationship with the knowledge we already possess.

Let us do an exercise of thinking about the state of life we are in at the present moment, and every challenge we are facing no matter the environment we are inserted into. Sometimes we do not have all the knowledge to solve a given challenge, or we do not have the proper environmental conditions to do it. The recognition of that specific state is important to put our mind training on another level, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the difficulties we are facing, in order to enhance our immune system, getting stronger, and strengthening our mind to boost the concentration required to achieve higher levels of peace of mind. Let us pause to recognise the intelligence is there, and in that moment, things would start to make all sense in our own perspective and relativity.

Buddha, the enlightened one, has used his huge capability to understand we are powerless in the activity of controlling the suffering of another, but we can become invincible in the task of controlling ours. It is a measure of mind training, which implies mental endurance and body control. The more we do, the better we become in performing such a personal, unique, and untransferable duty.

Do not blame the self, and get into the trap to believe everything is a personal fault. Instead, we have to recognise all the negative energy we have contact with, understand their sources, and channel such negative energy to enhance the self. The more we do it, the more we see and recognise intelligence showing up easily.

The moment we realise how to use everything we experience in life until the present moment to boost our love nature, it is the moment we understand the use of intelligence to embrace suffering is useless, painful, and very expensive to the universe itself.
