We are making decisions all the time, and some decisions are hard to make. Emotions are involved. The breaking up from beloved ones is at stake. Separation from blood relatives is more than required. Sometimes to protect others we have to protect ourselves first. By taking such final decisions we may find the self alone, which is the best opportunity to know better our love nature that supports who we are.


It is time to realise life is a self-employment activity, which is dictated by the plans, the actions, and the experiences performed by the self. There is no way for another to live a life on our behalf, even when we are experiencing a period of suffering. Thus, it is extremely important to understand consciousness provides us the ability to recognise where we are, what decisions we could make in the present moment, and which current state that we are able to observe deep inside, and in the surroundings, contributes to the acquisition of knowledge supporting such decisions.


If we let the negativity get inside, we may embrace all the drawbacks related to such negativity, including believing [out of consciousness] the self is not able to face any challenge alone, without the dependency of another. That is the biggest mistake we could ever make while walking the path of our own life. 

Life may present challenging situations. The observed scenario, and the tools we have at hand, could not put the self into a favourable position. Embracing suffering may establish the illusion of a heavy stone attached to the self, difficulting any movement and decision we make with consciousness at hand.The problem is that sometimes we are so focused on the illusion of the stone that we forget the unlimited power we have at hand when in a peaceful state. Buddha, the enlightened one, has had such realisation the moment he has reached enlightenment, understanding the more peaceful we become, the easier it is to face what cannot be faced out of consciousness.


The moment we realise we are the rulers of our own mind, which implies we make all the decisions related to the course of our own life, it is the moment we understand any time we are in doubt about it, we are just distancing the self from our love nature.
