We have the duty to pay attention to the beautiful flower inside the self, observing, cultivating, nurturing, and understanding the required steps, and processes we enroll in for its enhancement. Our internal garden is full of land to develop any kind of flower that is suitable to our love nature. Our consciousness, while in the role of a skillful gardener of our own existence, uses the tools of mind training to support the flourishing, and the protection of our internal realm. The moment we realise caring about the self is part of the process to keep shining our beautiful light, it is the moment we understand our mind is grounded on our live vessel we have to take care of.

We usually talk about the need to keep performing our mind training in order to achieve peace of mind. Such a mind training represents the support of the flourishing related to our internal flower. However, we usually disregard that our live vessel is the vehicle we use to live our life within our own perspective and relativity, implying taking care of it is as important as taking care of the mind itself.

As the beautiful garden we establish within our own mind is grounded on our live vessel, we have to understand the more we perform our body training aligned, and connected to our mind training, the better the results we are able to achieve. It is like not only taking care of the beautiful flower we have inside, but also enhancing and nurturing the ground it uses for its wonderful, and peaceful growth.

Buddha, the enlightened one, while searching for the understanding of his own suffering, has tried different methodologies and methods from different masters he has crossed his path with. Buddha has just realised infringing pain, and imposing a lot of difficulties to the self, in order to trigger suffering as a way of its understanding, was not suitable to himself. Instead, Buddha has enrolled in his own way of such understanding that involves the alignment of body and mind as a support of enlightenment. Thus, from that wonderful teaching we are able to understand that the more aligned our body and mind are, the less difficulties we have to face what cannot be faced out of consciousness.

The moment we realise our beautiful internal flower grows faster and easier if we are aligned within our own perspective and relativity, it is the moment we understand walking towards such alignment is also part of walking the path towards a meaningful life.
