It is step by step that we draw our own stairs towards the enhancement of the self, which could be changed as much as we would like to, following the intrinsic impermanence dictating any event happening in the universe. It is time to realise the blackboard we are inserted into, and are part of, may not be clean, which implies we have to consider dealing with the task of cleaning the environmental dirty imposing difficulties to the self, while walking our own beautiful path. The cleaning job is always based on the manifestation of kindness and compassion attitudes, generated from the inside to the outside. It may take time and effort to get used to the fact that the more we get conscious about who we are, and what wonderful strength of love we can become, the more we understand that helping either the self or another is part of the process to achieve peace of mind.


One step at a time is what it takes to enhance the self. One step at a time is what we take in the journey of observation, analysis, and understanding about what happens inside and outside the self. One step at a time is realising the potential to go further but the understanding of the importance to acquire knowledge based on a solid ground. One step at a time is getting closer to our highest and peaceful state of mind, and understanding it is just the beginning of the path towards living a meaningful life.


One way or the other we are in control of the situation the moment we start ruling our own mind, while stepping out from a period of suffering. The more we walk in the direction of our love nature, the less we get afraid of any negativity we may experience in the present moment.


Being brave is what we have to, and not being afraid is what peace of mind requires. The moment we realise there is no way to step into a degree outside the present, it is the moment we understand we learn from the past, plan for the future, and live right here, right now.
