The moment we realise we are inserted into an environment where overcoming suffering is against of the values we observe all around, it is the moment we understand why it is so hard to do it with little, or no resources to keep moving, embracing the impermanence of the universe by changing from place to place, while enhancing our peace of mind. It is clear as crystal the conflict between what a peaceful mind would like to achieve, and why such an achievement could not be performed in an environment where human beings are still being considered slaves, and treated as the big enemies because they have achieved high levels of consciousness about what is really happening in the surroundings. The moment we realise it is almost impossible to keep feeding the self even if we enrol on Buddha's path to live for enhancing our understanding about suffering while depending on external donations, it is the moment we understand we have no choice but to move as soon as we can to an environment where our fundamental rights are secured.

It is in the universal declaration of human rights the basic conditions for a human being to live, and the different variants of freedom are in the list. We have freedom of speech, which allows the self to speak freely about his/her thoughts; freedom of movement, describing the rights granted to a person that says we can move from place to place as we please; and freedom of thoughts, as we can think [in theory] anything with no worries about being censured and prosecuted. The values presented in the universal declaration of human rights represent the values Buddha has started to experience while he has enrolled in his journey of understanding suffering, the moment he has stepped out of the palace. It is then clear as crystal that exploratory cultures offer no condition for a human being developing his/her own capabilities, and Buddha has just realised that the moment he has looked to the slaves living inside the palace.

If we are inserted into an environment where our consciousness gets totally sure about what happens in the surroundings, we have what we need at hand to decide whether to move from the possibility of being explored and treated as a slave inside a palace. The only thing we could do against such an exploratory culture is moving away from it, searching a place where we could develop our sense of community side by side with those who care about life, while walking the path towards a meaningful life.

The moment we realise the enhancement of the self is our duty, which has nothing to do with supporting the suffering we have contact with all around, it is the moment we understand being explored as a slave poses a challenge to the walk towards the achievement of our own enlightenment.
