There is something imprinted into our love nature that we need our consciousness to access properly: the unlimited power of our own mind. Our consciousness can tap into such unlimited power to accumulate all negative energy we have contact with, no matter if it is generated from the inside, or has been coming into our direction from the outside. We can transform such a huge negative power we have accumulated for a few moments into something positive to the self, driving the enhancement and evolution of humankind. Negativity turns into concentration; concentration into motivation; and motivation results in liberation of all negativity in the form of the power of love at our very bare hands. The moment we realise how to start paying attention to such a wonderful transformation we can perform from something feeding the worst of humanity, it is the moment we understand why suffering is no match for a conscious mind, as love is the ultimate secret to diminish darkness.
Concentration is the common word we hear while we talk about mind training. Mind training is the way for conditioning the mind to pay little, or no attention, to distractions of anything we are performing in the present moment. What we concentrate we become focused on, entering into an hermetic personal space that is sealed from any kind of disturbance. The more we perform our mind training, the easier we gain concentration and focus in the present moment. It is from that very basic and ancient knowledge that Buddha, the enlightened one, has established the foundation of observation, analysis, and understanding of his own suffering, mastering the energy flow around the self to generate love and liberate darkness. Balance is kept where it is, beginning in the moment consciousness is at hand to rule the self through the impermanent path we walk on in the universe.
We have the power at hand to transform negativity into something precious: love. Every single day we can step a little bit more into the direction of a meaningful life by using any negative energy we have contact with, as a motivational power to boost our own evolution and transformation into something good, miraculous, and far beyond our own comprehension. If we observe the lotus flower, and the environment it grows on, we would understand what the exotic beauty of such a simple but astonishing flower represents to the world.
The moment we realise how we could start acquiring knowledge to transform negativity into positive energy to boost the self, it is the moment we start to understand why we have to liberate the self from suffering.
