If we think about practising kind and compassionate attitudes, we have to be conscious about what our breaking point is in the present moment, which means what kind of obnoxious behaviour we already know how to deal with properly. It is observing and evaluating the self in such a way we recognise exactly the difference between our love nature, and anything against it. The awareness about our mind training establishes our unique and internal love protocol, which represents the counterintelligence to face suffering and its related negativity, with similar but opposite peaceful measures. The strategy we use is adapted to our own perspective and relativity. The rules and steps applied are suitable to the characteristics of the self. The safe measures an extension of our imprinted love nature. Therefore, the more we perform our mind training in a conscious way, the more we keep ourselves empty from the negativity we have contact with.

If we reach a point we start to question the self about the next step we have to perform in our mind training, it is almost necessary to observe, analyse, and understand what our breaking point is. Such observation begins with the recognition of the moments negative emotions are manifested deep in the self, what triggers such manifestations, and whether they have any kind of relation with external events we have no control about. I have named such a process the rise of the dragon, which means awakening the strong but peaceful source of fire present deep in the self, energising our body and mind to keep into an impermanent evolution.

Buddha, the enlightened one, has disseminated the needs of keeping enhancing the self as a measure of being able to understand the different stages of our own suffering. The more negativity we have contact with, the more we need to keep the self in evolution to face any associated challenge. It is nothing more than tapping into our love nature to perform the maintenance of our integrity, no matter how negative the moment we are experiencing is.

The moment we start recognising our breaking point in any situation that we experience, it is the moment we understand how to get all the benefits from anything related to the self.
