It is time to learn by ourselves how to deal with obnoxious situations where we see no end, as such behaviours may be rooted in beliefs transmitted from past generations, which has nothing to do with genetic inheritance imprinted in our DNA, but dissemination of negative traces apart from our love nature. It is time to observe, analyse, and understand our own suffering in a way we could relate it to the suffering of another, which is the foundation to perform a strong step towards the next level of inner peace. The moment we realise our self-study is the only way to free the self from the cultivation of negativity, it is the moment we understand the roots of our own love nature.
What is the first thing that comes to mind when we experience an obnoxious situation? Are we uncomfortable with the behaviour of another that is apart from our love nature? Could we control the behaviour of such a person like we can control ourselves? In the search for answers to the aforementioned questions we have to start a period of observation and study of the self, getting back to the past, and remembering any person we have contact with since our childhood. Such a process is extremely important to identify any negative behaviour we have been exposed to during the entire life path, since the beginning of our own life until the present moment. During such a journey we could use our consciousness to establish correlations to help the self in the identification, differentiation, and separation of specific from cultural negative behaviours, which are apart from our love nature. The result we have at hand represents a wonderful source of knowledge to deal with any negativity we are facing in the present moment.
Buddha, the enlightened one, has mastered the understanding of suffering, which has a direct relation with anything we have experienced during our life path. The more we enrol into the study of the self, the more we get close to our love nature, understanding how to establish a strong shield against negativity no matter the circumstances.
The moment we realise the importance of acquiring knowledge from any situation we experience, it is the moment we understand suffering is rooted in the fabrications of the mind that are generated from things we have no understanding about.
