When we face darkness we have to be prepared for anything. What darkness promotes is the use of negative emotions as means of threatening the mind, boosting the negative conditioning we have been subjected to. There is no clear proof presented to us, as all is part of the illusions promoted by the hidden dark intelligence working in the shadows. The moment we clearly see the truth through our third eye, it is the moment we can use such precious knowledge to achieve higher levels of peace of mind.

There is more knowledge in challenging and difficult situations than we can even imagine. There are more openings left by darkness than we could count. The problem is always the lack of consciousness to see it clearly, preventing the self to achieve higher levels of peace of mind.

The idea of exploring negative emotions is ancient as the countermeasures of dealing with them in a conscious way. When we step into a period of suffering, negative conditioning can be used in our favour if, and only if, we channel its negative energy to boost our body and mind training. That is one of the openings darkness offers to the self, the opportunity to tap into the pure energy of love, resulting from burning negativity that may be entered within.

The moment we transform negativity into positive outcome to enhance the self, it is the moment we understand why darkness and light are walking hand-to-hand within. They have to be always balanced, which means there is neither greater good nor greater evil. Balancing light and darkness within requires awareness of the intrinsic impermanence that dictates life and the universe itself. The more we acquire such awareness, the more we understand the unlimited power we have inside.

The moment we see the rainbow generated by the transformation of negativity within, it is the moment we understand where to find the gold hidden in the mind.
