Never regrets the defence of life, and the cultivation of love within. Never regrets standing up to diminish the worship of darkness. All light we manifest is less darkness influencing the universe itself in a negative way. As a clear conclusion, the moment we cannot be conditioned we become sick to the system performing the conditioning acts.

Let us keep aligned with our love nature, cultivating all positive aspects of life within. It is extremely important to keep a strong will, and a positive attitude, even when we are facing difficulties and challenges, which we are not able to overcome in the present moment. Sometimes we walk in the wrong direction, or we see a distorted view of the experienced scene. It is all the result of suffering and the illusions we are subjected to, when the focus is on the outside instead of enhancing the self to face it.

When we focus on the outside, we are pushing on something we have no control of. Usually, the outside starts to pull us, as we are not aligned with the same negative conditioning promoted for centuries. As Buddha, the enlightened one, we have to focus within, trying to acquire knowledge to know the whys and hows about what we are doing or discussing. In that way, we establish a strong foundation required to instead of pushing the outside, either: (1) being able to listen, reflect, and standing strong on our position if necessary; or (2) getting in silence when the exchange of knowledge is replaced by manifestation of suffering itself.

There is a huge difference between the exchange of knowledge and discrimination. Exchange of knowledge promotes reflection about a subject, exposing different points of view related to something we may establish a consensus of. On the contrary, discrimination represents the act of taking sides, enroling in discriminatory acts no matter what is going on in the present moment. One particular person or situation has been chosen as the wrong one, based on beliefs promoted by negative conditioning. No matter what happens, there is no way to change it.

When we embrace the exchange of knowledge we work on prevention. Worshipping darkness and discrimination turns us into reactive persons, which the negative conditioning we experience for centuries says to wait for the negative consequences of anything we are observing in order to either doing nothing or doing something only based on the outcome.

Sometimes we have to ask ourselves: why are we feeling negative emotions towards someone else? Are we listening, reading, and trying to understand the experienced scene?

The moment we reach the answers for the aforementioned questions, it is the moment we understand that in exchange of knowledge we know exactly the whys, and knowing it causes no manifestation of negative emotions. Discrimination, otherwise, manifests negative emotions without knowing why, fabricating a false claim or reason just to justify to the self that negative emotion, attitude, or action performed.

Knowing the difference between exchange of knowledge and discrimination is knowing why a conscious mind cannot be conditioned, and therefore gets hunted by darkness. Remember, the moment we cannot be conditioned we become sick to the system performing the conditioning acts.
