The moment we realise what is really happening, it is the moment we understand why negative conditioning keeps the self in a dormant state, with no possibility to observe the scene as it really is.

It is time to think that maybe what we observe through our naked eyes is actually not what it is, and we are not talking about something aligned with our love nature. Our love nature is manifested in so many ways that it is intrinsically connected with our existence, implying a natural will to be kind and compassionate when the scene is inclined towards it.

Suffering makes a shift into the perspective utilised by our naked eyes to observe the scene we are inserted into in the present moment. Things start to be clouded, dark, announcing nothing good may come out of it. At the same time it is conditioning the self to pay little or no attention to the outcome being experienced.

Sometimes we are not able to diminish the illusion we are facing to recognise the details of what fabricates it. Achieving such clarity of mind and awareness of what surrounds us is essential to understand why, the majority of time, there is no way to do it through our naked eyes. There are fabrications that we can only observe, recognise, and understand through our third eye, experiencing the scene in a meaningful, non-judgmental, and conscious way.

There are a lot of tiny details we cannot see clearly, and such details are the foundation to observe, analyse, and understand our own suffering. The moment we open our third eye to observe them, it is the moment we boost the results achieved by our body and mind training.
