When we are living within what we call civilisation, we have to be aware that sometimes being conscious of something does not mean the surroundings have achieved the same level of consciousness, and awareness. The majority of the time a conscious mind sees the bridge, it knows that crossing it is the meaningful way but, at the same time, the observation shows that no one is crossing it. The moment we realise that, it is the moment we understand we have to be prepared and ready to face anything while crossing that bridge.
Having interactions in the middle of a conditioned environment, where illusions have been seen as the current imposed reality, it is extremely challenging. It requires an open mind to observe, analyse, and understand that discrimination is part of what we expect as "normal". Discrimination against ideas that are different from followed beliefs. Discrimination against a distinguished option that is part of a subject under discussion. Discrimination against religion. Discrimination against the simple fact that we are not part of the same label defining "the group identity".
It becomes "normal" to discriminate, and if we are conscious enough to prevent the self from doing it, we start to recognise the flaws that make us see things as they really are. The "identity" of a conditioned group gets vivid through the repetition of the same discriminatory behaviour. However, even when we are able to recognise such " group identity", we could not call it a pattern. For something becoming a pattern we need a solid and sound foundation to prove it, and as we are only able to observe, analyse, and understand the self properly, such proof is almost impossible to draw. The question is: how could we walk through a civilised world with that knowledge at hand? The answer is simple: we perform our body and mind training to enhance the self, in order to be able to apply self-defence manoeuvres to deal with our own suffering, darkness, and anything aside from our love nature we have contact with.
The moment we realise that our choice of living in the middle of civilisation requires awareness and clarity of mind, it is the moment we understand suffering, and its associated behaviour, are unique but recognisable through our third eye.
