The moment we experience suffering we have to be prepared to face darkness all along. Suffering implies negative emotions, which the illusions we have contact with feed through obnoxious behaviours disturbing the self. It may result in losing balance and stepping out of a peaceful state of mind. If nothing works, and we have no idea what happens on the scene, a good strategy is getting back to the basics, i.e., enhancing the self. Thus, we cultivate our love nature, keep consciousness at hand, observe the environment and what is within, in order to understand the source of difficulties being experienced. Achieving peace of mind is the way to deal with our own suffering, and any negative behaviour we have contact with.

No one says that it is easy to deal with difficulties we experience in the present moment. Each one of us knows what we are experiencing, and sometimes we have no way to get away from such an experience. If we step into a period of suffering, any difficulty turns itself into a nightmare. If we embrace darkness, and the associated negativity, we become slaves of our own suffering, and the negative conditioning our unconscious mind follows blindly. We have no other good option than performing our body and mind training to achieve peace of mind.

Through a peaceful state of mind we become observers of our own existence, instead of followers of beliefs and behaviours aside from our love nature. There is no good solution that is achieved based on suffering. We may end up with no rights, all obligations, hierarchy, and the certainty that the system would offer no help, in a similar way promoted by slavery.

Keeping consciousness at hand makes us understand that loneliness is the result of acquiring knowledge, and manifesting wisdom throughout the impermanent nature of living a life. Keep going, be brave, stay strong, and enhance the self. The perception we have from the environment may be disturbing. However, it is much worse when we are unbalanced.

Balance and peace of mind are the way to find love within, enabling the self to also observe it in the surroundings.
