When we aim for positive transformations, which means enhancement of our own physical and mental states, everything starts to be viewed through a meaningful and beneficial way. It does not mean the outside has changed, and the environment starts to be either less challenging or harsh. It means that we activate our third eye to observe the opportunities we have instead of being focused on the difficulties we face. Peace of mind becomes the result of cultivating and nurturing our love nature.


The more we get focused on the negative side of experiencing suffering, the more we get deep in its loop, and the illusions promoted by its associated negative conditioning. Breaking such a loop is essential to trigger the superpowers hidden within, which are all stabilised on top of a peaceful state of mind.


Becoming the superhero of our own existence is what practising body and mind training is for. We start to observe anything through a unique perspective, which is always aligned with our love nature. Challenging becomes interesting. Uncertainty transforms itself into possibilities. Difficulties are used as a way to test our own capabilities. And all the outcomes we observe present a huge lack of options we can extract priceless pieces of knowledge from. All, with no doubt, is only possible if we do it from our own perspective and relativity, focusing on the self instead of trying to apply to and control the outside.


The moment we realise light is the seed of life, it is the moment we understand why peace of mind is the foundation to manifest its beauty and brightness.
