We should set our mind like a calm and pacific lake, where disturbances outside cannot trespass the borders of our self-respect shield, in order to agitate the inner peace achieved. The more we are exposed to awful situations with a conscious attitude, the more we are able to understand the source of happiness is within ourselves.

It is clear as crystal some people around us has the desire and the intention to put us down no matter the costs, and the means required. To see  us in the experience of difficulties, not to grow but intentionally and deceptively to make us fall apart. It sounds and resonates badly to think another human being, which has the same capacity to think as we have, could be capable of such awful attitude. However, the newspapers [and others communication media] are full of examples of cruelty and torture practised against another human beings, both physically and psychologically. We have no idea about the extension of that problem, as those examples are just what gets public and reported to the society.

In order to deal with negativity and awful situations, we have to use our mind wisely. We have to train our body and mind to generate a positive vibration; a frequency capable to attenuate, or even cancel, the negativity within our sphere of influence. A frequency capable to disseminate love and compassion as a magnetic field capable to attract that love, and that compassion, back to us.

The sentence "make love, not war" is totally applicable in the context of a negative and dark environment. You get sad and sorrow, the only person in suffering is yourself. You get angry and frustrated, the only person in the experience of anger and frustration combined is yourself. You want revenge against discrimination, unrespectful treatment, and out of laws retaliations, the only person to get hurt is yourself. You give up your dreams and put yourself down in negativity, even if later a discriminatory act is revealed and resolved in a court of law, the only person who has lost health was yourself.

Think twice what matters most and start to walk in the direction of your dreams, with a big smile, a positive attitude, a no harm policy, and with a mindset capable to achieve the impossible.

How about the negativity? Well… it will continue to exist but its existence does not mean its influence.

To close with a positive image, think about a loved one and picture that person in your mind.

Love is the cure to everything, and the ultimate goal of our meaningful life.
