The day we find ourselves alone, on the middle of nowhere, we should pause, reflect, not be afraid, and rise up wise.

We have the tendency to associate loneliness with negative thoughts, negative feelings such as fear, anger, or sadness. We have had conditioned to that association, as we are social animals and we live quite well in society. However, loneliness is far from a negative indication. It is quite the opposite.

Read carefully. There is no need to isolate yourself from society to be alone. You can be alone in your apartment or any place you can imagine with no persons close to you. There is no need to despair, sadness, sorrow, negative thoughts, which may direct yourself to a suffering path.

Alone we can perform part of our mind training. We can rest calm and steady to meditate. We can reflect about our daily activities. We can workout our body to get on shape, to set ourselves as vivid as the bird on the picture. We can avoid trouble and troublemakers. We can find who is our true friends and who are "friends" of something we have to offer: money, power, political and social influence. We can find the path to self-love and the value on the small things in life.

There is no need for jealously about another person. There is no need to beg for attention, friendship, company, love. We should set ourselves out of that beggar policy. There is no need for violence or revenge to exercise our rights. Violence, revenge, anger and a lost mind are the fuel of darkness; the fuel for obnoxious people workout.

We lose nothing to be alone. On the contrary. Next time you find yourself alone, instead of sadness, happiness.

Namaste 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
